Nancy has a solid experience managing employee benefits & compliance, employee hiring & on-boarding, performance management processes, license in tracking and HR records, for National and Expatriate Staff. In addition to her track record in crisis management and office operations and administration with outstanding database and computer skills.
During her career, Nancy dealt with counterpart companies, joint ventures and governmental institutions and has an inclusive experience of Labor Law and other laws governing the business in Egypt. Nancy also assumed the role of the Manager for Operations and Quality Management at Impact Solutions, the execution arm of JOBMASTER under the umbrella of GICG for 2 years, before concentrating on her career as an HR and Business Consultant.
