Reporting to: Managing Partner, Consulting Services
Role Summary: The Senior Consultant will be an integral part of our projects team, contributing to successfully executing Organisation Design, Development, and HR Transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports in understanding client requirements and contributing to developing client relationships.
- Participate in client meetings and workshops, capturing key insights and actions.
- Assists in the planning and executing projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to inform project decisions.
- Supports the design and facilitation of processes aimed at aligning organizational structures and cultures with client strategies.
- Assist in developing change management strategies to foster organizational effectiveness.
- Contributes to HR transformation projects including technology implementation, process redesign, and capability development.
- Assist in evaluating modern HR operating models and recommending improvements.
- Actively engages in knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to the development of internal tools and methodologies.
- Commit to continuous professional development and learning to grow consultancy skills and expertise.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Up to 10 years of experience in HR management.
