Reporting to: Managing Partner, Consulting Services

Role Summary: The Senior Consultant will be an integral part of our projects team, contributing to successfully executing Organisation Design, Development, and HR Transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports in understanding client requirements and contributing to developing client relationships.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops, capturing key insights and actions.
• Assists in the planning and executing projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to inform project decisions.
• Supports the design and facilitation of processes aimed at aligning organizational structures and cultures with client strategies.
• Assist in developing change management strategies to foster organizational effectiveness.
• Contributes to HR transformation projects including technology implementation, process redesign, and capability development.
• Assist in evaluating modern HR operating models and recommending improvements.
• Actively engages in knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to the development of internal tools and methodologies.
• Commit to continuous professional development and learning to grow consultancy skills and expertise.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree.
• Up to 10 years of experience in HR management.
