Position Overview:
The Junior Consultant will be an integral part of our project teams, contributing to successfully executing Organisation Design, Development, and HR Transformation initiatives. They will learn from and collaborate with a team of experienced consultants to deliver value to our clients.
Client Engagement:
- Support senior consultants in understanding client requirements and contributing to developing client relationships.
- Participate in client meetings and workshops, capturing key insights and actions.
Project Support:
- Assist in the planning and executing projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to inform project decisions.
Organisation Design and Development:
- Support the design and facilitation of processes aimed at aligning organizational structures and cultures with client strategies.
- Assist in developing change management strategies to foster organizational effectiveness.
HR Transformation:
- Contribute to HR transformation projects including technology implementation, process redesign, and capability development.
- Assist in evaluating modern HR operating models and recommending improvements.
Knowledge Sharing and Learning:
- Actively engage in knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to the development of internal tools and methodologies.
- Commit to continuous professional development and learning to grow consultancy skills and expertise.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to project teams including documentation, scheduling, and coordination activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting environment. Fresh graduates with strong academic and extracurricular achievements are encouraged to apply.
