 Leveraging the data previously gathered—such as organizational structures, job descriptions (JDs), and departmental mandates—along with insights from the key stakeholders, we develop a comprehensive technical competency framework.

This framework outlines the essential technical competencies required for the selected job families, ensuring they are clearly defined and aligned with the unique needs of each department.

Our consultants then draft a Technical Competencies Guide tailored to each department, incorporating the insights and requirements identified during the collaboration phase. This draft is shared with the Heads of Departments for review, allowing us to integrate their feedback and inputs. Through this iterative process, we refine the guide to produce a final version that accurately reflects the technical competencies needed to drive performance and success across the organization.
