Even though he started a successful career in the IT field as a partner & board member in ZAD Solutions, a leading tech company in Egypt, Khaled is a people-development advocate at heart. Mr. Barakat managed extensive tech projects in the MENA region, with a background in business administration & project management in Egypt & the UK, but has always had an affinity to working with people, driven by his belief in the importance of understanding people’s characters and their abilities to lead the success of any project or business.
With a passion for human development, Mr.. Barakat directed his professional interest to projects & activities related to HR, Facilitation, Assessment, Youth Development, and Coaching for Performance, which he has a natural talent for. During the past 15 years, Mr. Barakat successfully worked in coaching and assessment in the Gulf & Egypt for more than 5000+ employees in different business sectors.
Mr. Barakat’s people development work involved leading industry players such as Jobmaster, Coca-Cola, BP, Etisalat, GlaxoSmithKline, Henkel, Credit Agricole, NBE, and Audi Bank in Egypt. SAMA, NCB, AlNahdi Medical Company, Bashen, Magrabi in KSA, KFU in Kuwait, and Bayer in Jordan & Lebanon.
