Tristan is an experienced HR Consultant and assessor who has worked for leading HR consultancies including SHL, CEB, Talogy, CRF, and in his earlier career he worked in other industry sectors such as finance. He is a specialist in talent assessment and development.
Tristan is a freelance HR consultant and assessor and works directly with organisations across a range of industry sectors or via other consultancy practices. He has worked at different levels within private and public sector companies internationally to assess talent and drive behavioural change. He has designed and delivered assessment interventions to identify potential, support recruitment decisions or bespoke development programmes.
Tristan delivers assessment feedback on emotional intelligence, coaching, managing people, influencing (including sales and negotiation) and leadership, for all management grades, including Board level. When it comes to coaching, he helps leaders build their self-awareness and uses non-directive techniques to help clients gain clarity and reach their own conclusions. Tristan’s style is supportive yet challenging. He likes to define clear outcomes with his clients and be a genuine source of advice and help as much as a facilitator.
