With more than 12 years of corporate experience in the field of HR. 6 of which were covering a regional scope including KSA, UAE, Turkey, Lebanon and Egypt. 

Experience ranges between HR business partner, talent development, OD ( covering Performance Management, Values and Competencies Design and Development, Organizational Structure Design and Development, Process Design, Jobs Design) and consultancy across different business sectors such as but not limited to telecom, retail, agriculture and technology (Vodafone, etisalat, Sarmady, Magrabi, pico, sibic cement)

During which handled several projects covering restructuring, change management, business transformation, SAP integration while managing a multicultural regional team. led different cross- functional projects that gained awards.
