Even though he started a successful career in the IT field as a partner & board member in ZAD Solutions, a leading tech company in Egypt, Khaled is a people-development advocate at heart. Mr Barakat managed extensive tech projects in the MENA region, with a background in business administration & project management in Egypt & the UK, but has always had an affinity to working with people, driven by his belief in the importance of understanding people’s characters and their abilities to lead the success of any project or business.
Driven by his passion for human development, Khaled has channelled his professional interest into HR, Facilitation, Assessment, Youth Development, and Coaching for Performance, areas in which he has a natural talent. Over the past 15 years, he has made a significant impact, successfully coaching and assessing over 5,000 employees in various business sectors across the Gulf and Egypt.
