This significant progress, achieved from 2017 to 2022, enabled the establishment of Sky Ports and the acquisition of Egypt's first private sector multi-purpose concession terminal.

2. Establishment of JOBMASTER Consultancy Services: Omar's leadership was instrumental in the establishment of JOBMASTER consultancy services. Under his guidance, the company pioneered innovative salary survey techniques and tools, advanced assessment centre methodology, a business process management model, competency modelling, and an organisation design model.
