A process and project management experienced consultant with focus on process mapping and SPO development. He is also a senior consultant when it comes to Job Profiling and deciding the accountabilities and responsibilities within a team based on his extensive history on process mapping and SOPs development.

Sherif has a very high sense of focus on quality as he was always responsible for final checking the work submitted from multiple consultants within the same project stimming from his meticulous military liked personality. Sherif has more than 10 years in the HR field, led several HR consulting projects including developing assessment tools, SOP Development and several OD projects.

Sherif has an eye of an auditor, and high analytical skills which made him to achieve in several quality assurance and control management projects, and process mapping and re-engineering projects as well.

Sherif’s work in people development involved many leading industry players such as Jobmaster, Coca-Cola, BP, Etisalat, GlaxoSmithKline, Vodafone, Credit Agricole, NBE, Audi Bank in Egypt. SAMA, El Araby Group, Pyramids Telecom, Al Nahdi Medical Company in KSA, KFU in Kuwait, and Bayer in Jordan & Lebanon.
